As Lead Quantity Surveyor, Stephanie played a key role in the successful delivery of Catmose College in Rutland, a landmark educational development constructed by BAM Construction. This large-scale project required careful cost management, contract administration, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure completion on time and within budget. My involvement covered everything from early-stage cost planning through to final account agreement, helping create a modern learning environment for the local community.

I was proud to lead on the extension and expansion of BET365’s headquarters in Stoke-on-Trent — a major commercial project for one of the UK’s largest private companies. This complex development involved significant structural and fit-out works to accommodate the company’s growing operations. As Lead Quantity Surveyor, I was responsible for managing budgets, procurement, and cost reporting, as well as overseeing change control throughout the build. The project required a strong focus on value engineering, efficiency, and stakeholder communication to deliver a high-quality, future-focused workspace.
